• User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number to us through a web form, carrier setup packet, rate confirmation, contract, or by initiating text communication with us, you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages (including SMS and MMS) from Jetline Group LLC. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, contracting, or employment.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active interactions with us, live transit status, and ongoing logistics operations.

• Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details regarding your mobile plan. Jetline Group LLC is not responsible for any mobile charges incurred from text messaging.

• How to Opt-Out / Stop: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP", "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT" to our number in response to any text message. After you send the message "STOP", we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you explicitly choose to opt back in.

• How to Get Help: If you experience issues with our messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or reach out directly to our support team using the contact details below.

• Supported Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages.

3. Limitation of Liability

Jetline Group LLC and its telecommunications and software providers are not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of operational notices or information sent through our SMS system, any errors within that information, or any actions taken or not taken in reliance upon the information provided via the messaging service.

4. Privacy and Data Sharing

Your privacy and operational data are strictly protected. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, or personal contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
